The AI Command Model: Control, Clarity, and Compliance
Live webcast free for CCBA members on April 30, 2026
- Guest speaker: Jeffrey Bolender, Founder, Bolender Law Firm PC
- Course description: This CLE program reframes attorney supervision and use of artificial intelligence through proven command-and-control frameworks drawn from military operational doctrine. The emphasis is practical rather than theoretical. Participants are introduced to concrete structures for delegating work to AI systems in a manner that is auditable, repeatable, and professionally defensible. Topics also include using structured command formats to improve prompt clarity, stress-testing AI outputs before reliance in client matters, embedding professional responsibility obligations as hard constraints rather than after-the-fact checks, and managing AI use as an ongoing operational process rather than a series of isolated experiments. The program is designed for practicing attorneys and does not require a technical background.
