- Course description: This program will discuss how the passage of AB3 affects the future of the Court-Annexed Arbitration Program in the EJDC. The changes to the rules, including the recent ADKT 0630, will be presented and practice pointers will be given regarding how to present your case at the Request for Exemption stage. The Commissioners look forward to questions and discussion regarding evaluation of cases that exceed the new $100,000.00 limit.
