Judicial Candidate Profile Offer (2026)

CCBA is offering the paid placement of Judicial Candidate Profiles to be listed on the bar’s website to all judicial candidates (incumbents and challengers) who are running for a seat on the bench in Nevada’s election in 2026. Profiles will be placed as an individual post on our website. See Judicial Candidate Profiles and Clark County Bar News. Also, placement may include listings in upcoming issues of CCBA eNews and via our social channels. This is a great way to help spread the word about your candidacy. And it’s affordable at only $255 per CCBA member (or $555 per non-member)! Each Judicial Candidate Profile may include information specific to the candidate as listed in the example below.

To place an order for a Judicial Candidate Profile, the candidate must submit the list of items for the profile (see above) to StephanieAbbott@clarkcountybar.org and payment to Clark County Bar Association, 717 S. 8th Street, Las Vegas, NV 89101. Submit payment via one of the following methods:

CONDITIONS: The advertiser assumes all responsibility for materials and links submitted to be published. It is expressly understood that the advertiser and advertising agency will indemnify, defend and hold the publisher and its agents, servants, directors and employees harmless from and against any and all losses, expenses or other liabilities resulting from any claims or suits for libel, violation or rights of privacy, plagiarism, copyright infringement and any other claims or suits that may arise out of the publication of such an advertisement, including reasonable lawyer’s fees in defending against any such claim. In the event of an error in the advertisement caused by the publisher, its agents, directors or employees, the liability of the publisher for those individuals will not exceed the cost of the space occupied by the erroneous copy or illustrations. No allowance will be made for errors that do not materially affect the value of the advertisement. Advertising material will be limited to the products and services provided by the advertiser. All materials and copy will be subject to the final approval of the publisher as to quality and content of ads. The Clark County Bar Association reserves the right to decline an advertisement order for any reason. All amounts are payable in US Dollars and are non-refundable. *This offer is limited to one placement of information and photo specific to a candidate who has filed for judicial office in Nevada’s election in 2026 to be made online at ClarkCountyBar.org through the general election (November 3, 2026). Candidates who do not survive the primary election, or who bow out of the race, may have their profiles removed earlier. Name of court may be edited for consistency and space. Do not submit payment info via e-mail. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the CCBA via email to Donnaw@clarkcountybar.org within 30 days of payment of the placement fee. Qualifying requests for refunds will incur a $20 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of payment.
