This position requires a self-motivated and driven individual with strong research and writing skills. As an associate you will be involved in every stage of probate and trust litigation, including: conducting legal research; drafting court pleadings; preparing discovery; assisting lead attorneys with hearings and trial preparation; meeting with clients and attending trial. If you are not a member of the Nevada Bar the firm will cover the expense of taking the bar exam and provide two weeks of paid time off to study for and take the bar exam.
