The ACLU of Nevada seeks applicants for a newly grant-funded Immigrants’ Rights Attorney position in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Immigrants’ Rights Attorney will work alongside our legal team with the sole focus of creating systematic changes to our immigration system within Nevada. Salary is based on experience and qualifications, with the starting salary range of $70,000.00 to $90,000. Benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, and time-off. Bar dues, liability insurance, and CLE expenses provided by the ACLU of Nevada. Applicant is expected to have proven litigation experience within immigration law.
