NV Dept. of Education Part-Time Hearing Officer Opportunity

The Nevada Department of Education is accepting applications from attorneys to serve as a part-time Hearing Officer to conduct hearings to resolve educational disputes between parents of a child with disabilities and Local Education Agencies. Demonstrated experience as a Hearing Officer/Administrative Law Judge in the administrative adjudication of contested matters or comparable professional experience is preferred.
