Volunteers Needed for Client Counseling Competition (Oct. 9-10, 2026)

Nevada lawyers, judges, and mediators are needed to volunteer to judge the CCBA’s Annual Client Counseling Competition at the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law.

28th Annual Client Counseling Competition

Volunteers needed to judge the competition

  • When:
    • Friday, October 9, 2026:
      • Preliminary Round 1:  6:00pm – 7:00pm (Judges should arrive around 5:30pm to prep and have dinner)
      • Preliminary Round 2: 7:30pm – 8:30pm (Judges should arrive around 7:00pm to prep and have dinner, if not already volunteering for Round 1)
    • Saturday October 10, 2026:
      • Semifinal Round: 9:30am-10:30am (Judges should arrive at 9:00am)
      • Final Round: 11:00am-12:30pm 
  • Where: UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law
  • Volunteers needed: Volunteers should be Nevada attorneys, judges, or mediators
  • Bonus: Judging the competition qualifies as pro bono service! NV Bar members can claim 1.0 CLE credit for 4 hours of volunteering for this event!
