Lance Hendron is a judicial candidate for Henderson Justice Court, Department 3. He brings more than eighteen years of legal experience practicing in Southern Nevada and has developed a broad-based practice with regular appearances in both state and federal courts throughout the region.

Since 2008, Lance has owned and operated Hendron Law Group. He has handled criminal defense, civil litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, protective order hearings, and a substantial volume of Justice Court cases. He has served as a Justice Court Small Claims Pro Tempore / Small Claims Referee and completed the National Judicial College’s Judicial Academy to further strengthen his preparation for judicial service.

A Southern Nevada resident for more than thirty-five years and a graduate of Silverado High School, Lance remains deeply engaged in the community he seeks to serve. He volunteers with Shine a Light, a nonprofit dedicated to addressing homelessness through outreach, housing support, and connections to mental health and substance use treatment services. He has participated in outreach efforts within Southern Nevada’s flood channels, providing essential supplies and helping connect individuals with services aimed at securing shelter, treatment, and long-term stability.

Lance also serves on the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada’s Pro Bono Advisory Council, helping expand access to justice for individuals in need of legal assistance. He has supported The Just One Project and other community initiatives focused on strengthening local families. He also participated in the Henderson Police Department Citizens Academy to better understand law enforcement operations.

Lance is committed to impartial decision-making, faithful application of the law, and promoting public confidence in the integrity, fairness, and compassion of the judiciary.
