Nevada Supreme Court Orders Amending Eighth Judicial District Court Rules
On April 11, 2022, the Supreme Court of Nevada filed two administrative orders in the matter of the amendment of the rules of practice for the Eighth Judicial District Court. See ADKT 0590 and ADKT 0591.
Las Vegas Justice Court Administrative Order #22-04
On April 12, 2022, the Las Vegas Justice Court filed an order in the administrative matter regarding the rescission of obsolete administrative orders. See Administrative Order #22-04. This order is effective immediately.
