On June 29, 2026, Eighth Judicial District Court Chief Judge Tierra Jones filed an order in the administrative matter of the Business Court Pilot Project. See Administrative Order 26-04 (PDF file to download).
The order cites NRS 3.025, ECR 1.30(b), and Administrative Order 26-03 (PDF), and indicates a revised method for the assignment of cases for the Business Court Pilot Project as well as the designation of “Business Special” cases at the court.
