The United States District Court for the District of Nevada is accepting applications for Lawyer Representatives.
The LVMC is offering to provide tours for members of the bar at 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 28, 2021. Space will be limited, so an RSVP is required.
The order cites the state’s restrictions on gatherings and updates court procedures related to a variety of court procedures, including virtual court sessions and unlawful detainer civil actions.

All currently scheduled court hearings from Monday, November 30, 2020 through Monday, January 18, 2021 for criminal and traffic arraignments, criminal and traffic trials, specialty courts, and status checks will be continued for 5 weeks (35 days) from the date of the currently scheduled hearing.
The amendments address the section of the rule related to extending time and computing time in which to prosecute an action. The amendments are effective 60 days from the date of the order.
