Clark County Court Files Administrative Order 22-07

On April 29, 2022, the Eighth Judicial District Court filed an order in the administrative matter regarding all court operations in response to COVID-19. See Administrative Order 22-07 (AO 22-07).

On April 29, 2022, the Eighth Judicial District Court filed an order in the administrative matter regarding all court operations in response to COVID-19. See Administrative Order 22-07 (AO 22-07).

The 19-page order addresses a variety of administrative functions of the court including, general provisions, civil and criminal matters, electronic filing of applications for search warrants and court orders, and family domestic matters.

For purposes of clarity and to avoid confusion, AO 22-07 “supersedes AO 20-01 through 20-14, 20-16, 20-17, 20-22, 20-23, 20-24, 21-03, 21-04, 21-05, 21-08, 22-02 and 22-04. Any portions of those orders that remain in effect are included in this order. AO 21-09 (In the Administrative Matter Regarding Jury Trial Settings, Continuances, Calendar Call and Civil Reassignment Calendar) remains in effect. Except where otherwise noted, this order takes effect upon filing.”
