Communiqué Editorial Calendar (2022) Proposals Due August 24, 2021

Members of the CCBA are invited to propose topics for the 2022 editorial calendar of the bar journal Communiqué.

Members of the CCBA are invited to propose topics for the 2022 editorial calendar of the bar journal Communiqué. Proposals should be kept short and include the following information:

  • Topic of issue – May include suggestions for possible topics for articles, features, and highlighted content related to the topic
  • Member’s name(s) and short biographical statement
  • Request to write for original content (e.g. feature article, CLE article, program highlight). Be sure to include the topic and scope for the proposed content including any relevant rules, statutes, procedures, etc. to be addressed. Content will need to be original, unpublished, and written by the member.

Proposals should be submitted to the Editor-in-Chief c/o StephanieAbbott@clarkcountybar.org no later than Tuesday, August 24, 2021. The editors will review proposals and set the editorial calendar at their meeting scheduled for Tuesday, August 31, 2021.

All proposals submitted will be considered for publication. However, Communiqué will not publish self-serving content promoting a specific named product or services of an individual or firm.

AAll authors must follow the guidelines for composition and submission of content as noted in the Communiqué Editorial Policy and Guidelines (PDF): Communique-Editorial-Policies-Guidelines.
