On January 31, 2023, an order in the administrative matter of department reassignments was filed in the Eighth Judicial District Court. See Administrative Order 23-01. The order cites the EJDR 1.30(b) and NRS 3.025, and makes changes to assignments related to “summary eviction” appeals, Veterans’ Treatment Court, Gambling Treatment Court, and several judicial departments in the Family Division of the Eighth Judicial District Court.
