On February 26, 2026, First Judicial District Court in Carson City, Nevada, filed an order “In the Matter of the Administrative Order Re: Amendments to the Nevada Alternative Dispute Resolution Rules and Nevada Short Trial Rules.” See Administrative Order attached (PDF).
Per the order, the First Judicial District Court administrative order adopts the Nevada Supreme Court’s amendments to the Nevada Arbitration Rules and Nevada Short Trial Rules per ADKT 0630 issued by the Nevada Supreme Court on February 10, 2026. The First Judicial District Court’s order includes a copy of ADKT 0630 for reference.
The amendments are effective March 9, 2026.
