Las Vegas Justice Court Orders Temporary Procedures in Civil Cases

Effective January 4, 2021, the order provides information on how the court will maximize virtual court sessions through BlueJeans or telephonic appearances. Additionally, the order modifies procedures for unlawful detainer civil actions and summary eviction actions.

On January 4, 2021, Chief Justice of the Peace Melissa Saragosa of the Las Vegas Justice Court (LVJC) the filed an administrative order regarding temporary procedures in civil cases. See Administrative Order #21-01.
