Nevada Supreme Court Order Adopting Recommendations in Re Virtual Advocacy in Nevada Courts Effective February 1, 2024

On December 22, 2023, the Supreme Court of Nevada filed an order in the matter of the creation of a commission to study best practices for virtual advocacy in Nevada’s courts.

On December 22, 2023, the Supreme Court of Nevada filed an order in the matter of the creation of a commission to study best practices for virtual advocacy in Nevada’s courts. The order includes a preamble for and lists presumptive appearance case types for civil, criminal, family, and limited jurisdiction courts. See ADKT 581. Effective date: February 1, 2024.
