On December 22, 2023, the Supreme Court of Nevada filed an order in the matter of amendment of Supreme Court Rules Part IX-B, (A) rules governing appearance by telephonic transmission equipment for civil and family court proceedings. The order includes Exhibit A listing the detailed amendments related to remote appearances and virtual advocacy in Nevada courts. See ADKT 613. Effective date: January 22, 2024.
