Nevada Supreme Court Order Amends Nevada Rule of Civil Procedure 41(e)

The amendments address the section of the rule related to extending time and computing time in which to prosecute an action. The amendments are effective 60 days from the date of the order.

On December 4, 2020, the Supreme Court of Nevada filed an order in the matter of the amendment of Rule 41(e) of the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure. See ADKT 0560.

The amendments address the section of the rule related to extending time and computing time in which to prosecute an action. The amendments are effective 60 days from the date of the order.
