The State Bar of Nevada is considering amendments to the Nevada Arbitration Rules, Nevada Mediation Rules and the Nevada Short Trial Rules. The draft petition can be found here.
The State Bar is soliciting comments to these proposed amendments from interested stakeholders no later than August 6, 2021.
To facilitate the gathering of comments and review, they ask for comments to be submitted via this online form. The form allows for comments specific to each proposed rule amendment; comments to rules for which changes are not proposed may be provided as well.
