Adam Ganz is a lifelong Las Vegas resident, husband, father, grandfather, and public servant dedicated to justice, fairness, and community. He currently serves as ADR/Discovery Commissioner for the Eighth Judicial District Court and is seeking election as a District Court Judge to bring nearly three decades of legal experience, deep local roots, and a commitment to serving people—not politics.
Raised in Las Vegas, Adam attended R. Guild Gray Elementary, Cashman Middle School, and Bonanza High School. He was the first in his family to graduate college and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. He returned home to practice law, build a family with his wife Prudence, and raise their twins in the community he has always called home.
For nearly 30 years, Adam has built a distinguished civil litigation career, trying over 50 civil jury trials and representing thousands of clients. His work has taken him to courts in Nevada and Arizona, including appellate advocacy before the Nevada Supreme Court, Arizona Supreme Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
After 20 years of practice, he earned his LL.M. in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University, and was then appointed, in 2023, as one of Clark County’s ADR/Discovery Commissioners. He also serves as an adjunct professor at UNLV Boyd School of Law, teaching pretrial litigation, and has spent years as a mediator, arbitrator, and short trial judge.
Beyond the courtroom, Adam has led and served in numerous community roles, including as President of the Summerlin South Little League, Board Member of Red Rock Search and Rescue and other nonprofit boards.
Adam Ganz is running for District Court Judge to ensure every litigant is treated with fairness, attorneys can try their case, and that justice remains accessible to all.
