Deposition Conduct Rules CLE Program Set for August 31, 2022

On August 31, 2022, Discovery and ADR Commissioners Erin Lee Truman and Jay Young will make a special presentation of “Deposition Conduct Rules – Do’s & Don’ts.” This lunchtime learning event (via Zoom) offers 1.0 hour of CLE and is FREE and for CCBA members only.

On August 31, 2022, Discovery and ADR Commissioners Erin Lee Truman and Jay Young will make a special presentation for the continuing education of Nevada lawyers in a CLE program produced by Stephen Smith of the Clark County Bar Association’s CLE Committee.

Commissioners Erin Lee Truman and Jay Young hear pre-trial discovery disputes and oversee cases assigned to the Court Annexed Arbitration Program, Court Annexed Mediation Program, Nevada Short Trial Program and Nevada Foreclosure Mediation Program for the Eighth Judicial District Court in Clark County.

The speakers will present “Deposition Conduct Rules – Do’s & Don’ts” online via Zoom, from 12:00 to 1:15 p.m., Wednesday, August 31, 2022. The presentation will offer 1.0 CLE credit (NV) to Nevada lawyers only. Pricing of the live webcast event is included with the 2022 CCBA membership. CCBA membership will be verified upon RSVP. During the event, attendance will be taken and only those members in attendance will have their attendance reported to the NV CLE Board.

The event will be recorded for use in the CCBA’s audio/visual library. The recorded versions of the program will be offered for rental use at a small fee (to cover administrative costs).
