Highlights from the order include the following excerpt:
“Effective upon the filing of the order, the Henderson Municipal Court will operate under the following parameters:
- Regular court operations and case scheduling have resumed as of March 1, 2021.
- Pandemic mandates regarding capacity limits and social distancing have been lifted effective Jun 1, 2021; however, effective July 30, 2021, all persons must wear a mask while in the facility, regardless of vaccination status.
- The Henderson Municipal Court will continue to accept filings in criminal/traffic cases via e-mail at HMCLegalFiling@cityofhenderson.com.”
