Henderson Muni Court Orders Masks Mandatory Effective July 30, 2021

Pandemic mandates regarding capacity limits and social distancing have been lifted effective Jun 1, 2021; however, effective July 30, 2021, all persons must wear a mask while in the facility, regardless of vaccination status.

On July 29, 2021, the Henderson Municipal Court filed an order in the administrative matter regarding procedures in response to COVID-19. See Administrative Order 21-01 (available as PDF file to download below):

Highlights from the order include the following excerpt:

“Effective upon the filing of the order, the Henderson Municipal Court will operate under the following parameters:

  1. Regular court operations and case scheduling have resumed as of March 1, 2021.
  2. Pandemic mandates regarding capacity limits and social distancing have been lifted effective Jun 1, 2021; however, effective July 30, 2021, all persons must wear a mask while in the facility, regardless of vaccination status.
  3. The Henderson Municipal Court will continue to accept filings in criminal/traffic cases via e-mail at HMCLegalFiling@cityofhenderson.com.”
