On March 29, 2022, the Las Vegas Justice Court filed an order in the administrative matter regarding the rescission of Administrative Order #21-09. See Administrative Order 22-03.
Administrative Order 22-03 also provides an update on the phases of programming for the Las Vegas Justice Court’s Online Case Resolution platform (Matterhorn) launched in early November 2021. The order is effective immediately.
