  • Course description: The CLE program will provide law firms with a comprehensive understanding of the trademark process and the critical importance of securing trademark rights for their firm names, logos, and other branding elements. Attendees will learn practical steps for navigating the trademark application process and gain insights into modern examples of how proactive trademark enforcement can establish a unique identity, prevent infringement, and ultimately foster a significant competitive advantage in the legal marketplace. The program will also address the trademark implications associated with the use of Google AdWords, including competitor bidding on firm names and strategies for protecting your brand in online advertising.

How did you learn about this program?

All RSVPs must be made to the CCBA at least 48 hours before the event starts. Pricing of the live webcast event is included with the 2025 CCBA membership.  CCBA membership will be verified upon RSVP. During the event, attendance will be taken and only those Nevada lawyers in attendance will have their attendance reported to Nevada’s Board of Continuing Legal Education. The event will be recorded for use in the CCBA’s audio/visual library. The recorded versions of the program will be offered for rental use at a small fee (to cover administrative costs).
