Summer is here! This summer with the CCBA has been amazing so far! Our Vintage Americana party in June was well attended and was a lot of fun! Please see the amazing pictures that are featured in other parts of this issue. Being that it is summer and I am just about to go on vacation at the time of this writing, I’ll keep this message short.
This fall the CCBA has some amazing events planned! Our Meet Your Judges Mixer is scheduled for September 10th. We will be having it at a brand new venue, the AC Hotel in Symphony Park. It will be the event of the year and I can’t wait to see everyone there.
Additionally, our newest standing committee, the Legal Professional Support Committee, is hosting two upcoming events. First, on August 13th, they put together the inaugural Summer Kick Back Mixer. Carlyon and Cica have agreed to host it at their office and provide wine! The Adams and Ham Law Firm is sponsoring as well. We appreciate our sponsors and know that this will be an amazing first event for the LPSC!
The second event that the LPSC will be hosting will be our first annual Halloween Mixer! They are still working out the details on that event. If anyone is interested in sponsoring, please contact Donna or Steph.
As you can see, we have some amazing plans for the rest of the year! With that said, I’m off for my vacation!
