On February 10, 2022, the Las Vegas Justice Court filed an order in the administrative matter regarding face coverings and social distancing in response to COVID-19. See Administrative Order 22-01. [NOTE UPDATED AO#]
Per the order, signed by Chief Justice of the Peace Melissa Saragosa,
“It is hereby ordered that the previous mask mandate implemented by Administrative Order 21-07 is rescinded effective immediately; and previous Administrative Orders 21-05, 20-14 and 20-13 relating to mask mandates remain rescinded.”
The order became effective immediately.
