Las Vegas Justice Court Order Rescinds Mask Requirements

On February 10, 2022, the Las Vegas Justice Court filed an order in the administrative matter regarding face coverings and social distancing in response to COVID-19. See Administrative Order 22-01.

Per the order, signed by Chief Justice of the Peace Melissa Saragosa,

“It is hereby ordered that the previous mask mandate implemented by Administrative Order 21-07 is rescinded effective immediately; and previous Administrative Orders 21-05, 20-14 and 20-13 relating to mask mandates remain rescinded.”

The order became effective immediately.
