His bar admissions include State Bar of Nevada; the U.S. District Court, District of Nevada; and the District of Columbia Bar Association. He currently focuses his practice on catastrophic injury and wrongful death, including serious injuries and deaths caused by defective products, commercial trucking wrecks, automobile/motorcycle/bicycle collisions, slip and falls, drowning and aquatic injuries, assault and battery, negligent security, residential treatment center abuse and neglect, and general premises liability.
Will has been an active member of the CCBA since 2017. Will has contributed to the organization by volunteering to present continuing legal education programming and write for Communiqué, the official publication of the Clark County Bar Association. He currently serves on the CCBA’s newest committee—Diversity & Inclusion Committee for Equity (DICE). Will is the third black attorney to serve on the CCBA’s board of directors in the association’s 88-year history.
CCBA President (’22) Nedda Ghandi shared,
“I am excited about Will’s involvement in our bar’s leadership. I believe he has relevant and important perspectives to share with our organization that he has developed through his personal life, practice, and involvement in Nevada’s legal community.”
“It is an honor to serve on the Executive Board for the Clark County Bar Association. The Clark County Bar Association is an important organization for attorneys and judges throughout Clark County, and I look forward to assisting the Board in carrying out its mission of providing meaningful services to members, providing opportunities for social interaction, performing outreach services to the community at large, and promoting professionalism,” Will commented.
Will stepped up to fill a recent vacancy on the CCBA’s board of directors. He will be sworn-in as a board member during the CCBA’s Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon on March 31, 2022. Will is expected to serve on the CCBA board from 2022 through 2023.
In addition to his activity with the CCBA, Will is the founding chair of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee of the Nevada Justice Association and serves on the Board of Governors of the Nevada Justice Association.
