Members of the bench and bar are invited to attend a special event to honor Nevada attorneys who have passed on during the last year.
- When: Friday, September 12, 2025, 3:00-4:00 p.m. Service starts at 3 p.m. sharp with reception immediately following.
- Where: Supreme Court of Nevada, 408 E. Clark Avenue, Las Vegas
- About: The annual attorney memorial services are produced by the Clark County Law Foundation in conjunction with the Clark County Bar Association, State Bar of Nevada, Eighth Judicial District Court, U.S. District Court, and the Federal Bar Association-Las Vegas Chapter. Health Care Power of Attorney Mobile Workshop
CCBA members: This is your chance to complete your own Health Care Power of Attorney (HCPOA)
- When: Thursday, September 25, 2025, 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Schedule an appointment time (11 a.m., 12 p.m., or 1 p.m.). Walk-ins welcome too!
- Where: Clark County Bar Association, 717 S. 8th St, Las Vegas, NV 89101
- What: CCBA members are invited to visit the CCBA office, execute an HCPOA, grab a sandwich, and return to work. We will have attorneys from Southern Nevada Senior Law Program/SLP on site with all the forms and notaries. The SLP will subsequently scan their documents into the Secretary of State’s Lock Box.
