Education Law Impacts Us All

In preparing for this issue, I have come to realize how specialized the practice of education law is. This is a niche practice area. Unlocking Education

The Children’s Attorneys Project (CAP) at the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada represents children in foster care in Clark County, Nevada. With 29 staff attorneys and over 300 volunteer attorneys, nearly all of the estimated 3,000 children in foster care have legal representation. Civil Rights CLE Program for Nevada Lawyers Set for March 30, 2022

On Wednesday, March 30, 2022, veterans law lawyer Travis Barrick, paralegal Philip Lyons, and U.S. Magistrate Judge Brenda Weksler will make a special presentation for the continuing legal education of Nevada lawyers in a program produced by the Clark County Bar Association.
